The Free Wheeling mountain bike race route is a demanding series of punishing climbs and screaming downhills. It also has some wild, high grass switch-backs and steep, dusty hills. The race winds it's way through the resort grounds which consist of steep off-camber climbs, rolling fire roads, several winding singletrack stretches, and some heinous drop offs.

With over $3000 in cash and prizes, racing this exciting course is well worth it!

How to get there: Located 2 miles off of I-77, at Exit 28 Ghent/Flat Top, WV. Follow signs to Winterplace ski area.
