• RUNNING/WALKING CLINIC is new this year! There will be a Friday night panel discussion from 7:00 p.m. until ? at the packet pick-up area. We will be discussing running/walking topics from nutrition, training, proper footwear, racing strategies, injury prevention and much more with a group of area experts.

  $15.00 Friday night (Registration 6-9 p.m. Clinic starting at 7 p.m.)
  $20.00 race day (Registration from 3-6 p.m. SHARP! No registration after 6 p.m.)
• IMPORTANT! THIS YEAR PACKET PICK-UP AND REGISTRATION IS AT THE BENWOOD FIRE DEPT. HALL ON MAIN STREET
• Timing services provided by RUNNERS HIGH, with champion chip timing system. Chips must be returned by participants after the race or will face a $35.00 charge for the chip.
• T-SHIRTS are guaranteed to the first 1,000 entrants.
• This year our shirts will remember the tragic events of September 11, 2001 and honor those who serve our great nation now and then and also our POWMIA’s.
• 5K Championship for Run only
• Flat, fast, USTAF certified course
• Race part of the WASHINGTON CO. RRC GRAND PRIX SERIES.
• Music every mile. Live band and DJ.
• Pre/Post-Race shower facilities located at the BENWOOD CITY PARK. There will be FREE swimming for participants after the race.
• THE RAMADA PLAZA CITY CENTER HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTER is the official race hotel, located in downtown Wheeling. Tell them you’re in town for the Debbie Green Race and receive discounted room rates. Confirm your reservations as early as possible by calling (304) 232-0300.
• NEW START AND FINISH THIS YEAR LOCATED AT THE BENWOOD FIRE STATION.

• THE AWARDS CEREMONY will be held at Benwood City Park
• UNDO’S will provide pasta, bread and antipasta salad FREE to participants and kids in the Debbie’s Dash only. YOU MUST SHOW YOUR RACE TAG TO EAT. Beer, Coca-Cola and Powerade will also be provided.
