There was a chill in the morning air on Saturday, but the bright sunshine was a sign that spring was making push to overtake winter in the race through the seasons. On the streets of Charlottesville it was time for the annual Martha Jefferson Hospital 8K Run & 4K Walk, two races that mere mortals can actually control.
In the end it was fun for everyone and another successful day that helped to
provide complementary therapy for cancer and cardiac patients, including support groups, massage, yoga and exercise classes.
