Wedgewood Family Practice's Mind and Body 5K Walk & Run

The Third annual Mind and Body 5K walk & run, hosted by Wedgewood Family Practice,is being held to promote both physical and mental health. The Mind and Body 5K will split the proceeds equally between the Cure Kids Cancer Fun and the Rape and Domestic Violence Information Center (RDVIC)

- Preregistration $20.00.
- Race day $25.00
- Kids fun run $5.00
- T-shirts to those registered by 10/1/15 for the 5k race are guaranteed a T-shirt. Those participating in the kids fun run do not receive t-shirts.
- There will be a half mile fun run for children under twelve years old. Every participant to registers by 10/1/15 will be guaranteed a finishers ribbon.
- Kids half mile fun run starts 5-10 minutes after last participant finishes 5K.
- To ensure your safety there no dogs allowed on the course.
Packet pick-up:
Will be in the back parking lot of Wedgewood Family Practices Suncrest office. Registration and packet pick-up starts at 8 AM and ends at 9:15 AM (Please note that if you are participating in the 5K WALK, you will want to register before 8:45 AM in order to be at the starting line in time for your 9 AM start).

Awards:
There will be medals for the first three male and female finishers overall. There will be medals for the first female and male finisher in the following age groups:
14 and under, 15 - 24, 29-34, 35-44, 45 -54, 55-64, 65 and over
Course:
The 5k course is a rolling course that is mostly out and back, with a small loop near the halfway point.
