Beneficiary

Proceeds of the Space Race Rumpus will help the community build a Wellness and Fitness In previous years, put the Rumpus on to help raise funds to build a new, modern community wellness center. Those funds have been used to hire drafting contractors, as matching funds for grants and for basic equipment, like treadmills for the small, existing facility. This year, we're going to donate 50% of our proceeds to the wellness center, but will split the other half equally with two other great organizations. 25% will go to the county senior center for their meal and meals-on-wheels program. 25% will go to the local school for their after school and weekend meal program for students who need some help with nutrition outside of school hours. Any donation will go straight to the above organizations.
