PASTA DINNER/SEMINAR

Friday evening, September 24, 1999. Sponsored by Marriot.

Times: Pasta Dinner: 6:00pm, Running Seminar: 6:30pm.

For the second year the September Stride is offering a dinner Friday night, complete with pasta, bread, salad, dessert, and beverages. This is included in the entry fee!

Location: The dinner/seminar will take place in the Health Sciences Cafeteria. Park in the lot in front of the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, go in the Cancer Center entrance, and follow the signs.
Guests: Please feel free to bring friends and family to the dinner. The fee for guests is $5, a bargain for a nice meal.
Seminar: We will be having several short talks on running topics.
Door Prizes: Everyone who attends the dinner will be eligible to win a door prize.

Top three men and women will receive cash prizes:

• First $200
• Second $125
• Third $75

AGE GROUP PRIZES

Top three finishers will win prizes.
Five Year Age Groups: 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55+.
Heavyweights: Top three males over 190 pounds.
Top prizes by Chuck Mattala Designs.
There will be no duplication of these awards.

5K FUN WALK PRIZES

Top three male and female finishers will win prizes.
This is not an officially judged racewalk.
No running is allowed.

EMPLOYEE PRIZES

Top three male and female employees.
Any employee who finishes the Fun Walk before the hospital president finishes.
Other employee prizes will be announced later. Employees will be eligible for employee prizes regardless of any other prizes won.
