Event Details:

• Collect Contributions or Pledges - From friends, family members, and anyone who'd like to contribute. When possible, collect at the time that you ask.

• Register - Complete the [Supporter Contribution Form]
  and send it to the NKF of Ohio, or give it to your Team Captain.

• Bonus - The person who raises the most receives a NEW SONY Play Station II!

• Five People or More - can be a team, and together, help in the fight against kidney & urologic diseases.
• Team Apparel - Teams are encouraged to wear their own special logos, hats, or other apparel.
• Team Captain - One must be appointed for each team. The Captain is responsible for taking charge and recruiting other team members. The Captain also sets a fundraising goal for the team, and supplies registration materials, donation forms, and is the cheif team motivator.
• Each Team Member - collects their own set of contributions and gives them to the Team Captain.
