Getting everyone our for a run

The 2002 Martha Jefferson Hospital 8K Run and 4K Walk attracted hundreds of participants for a race through historic neighborhoods in Charlottesville. The weather was perfect with cool temperatures and a mix of clouds and sun.

With proceeds that went to benefit complementary therapy for cancer and cardiac patients, including support groups, massage, yoga and exercise classes, it was just a great way to spend a Saturday morning. Thanks to all that came out and showed their support, especially all the event sponsors including SunTrust Bank, Metropolitan Restaurant and Harvey's Awards and Rubber Stamps.
