Banging gates down Squirrel Cage

While catching all the fun during the 2003 Winterblast Celebration at Wisp, we caught up with Sunday's action at Wisp Cup Giant Slalom Race. It was the second day of racing after Saturday's slalom event. The combined times from the two days of racing crowned the 2003 Wisp Cup champions. But there were plenty of awards for everyone, from the six-year-olds to the sixty-(and counting)-year-olds.

While the weather made it difficult with slushy conditions, it was still huge fun with a nice crowd on hand to cheer on all the racers. And this poor photographer weathered the wind and rain to capture some of the action. So enjoy the photos, and keep on banging those gates!
