Born and raised in Preston County, Beth Bonner was the world record holder in the women's marathon in 1971. At the age of 19, she became the first woman to run a marathon under 3 hours, a feat she set at the 1971 New York City Marathon. Beth died in 1998 as a result of a biking accident.

Registration: T-shirts are guaranteed to pre-registered participants only. Race day registration is from 8:00 + 8:45 a.m. at AHI Center Hall on race day. Fee is $15 pre-registered before July 4, $20 after July 3 and day of race.

Course: Runs flat on the community roads of historic Arthurdale

5K Run // 10-under, 11-14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-over

2-Mile Walk // 10-under, 11-16, 17-39, 40-59, 60-over

Awards: Overall male and female runners and top three male and female in each age group for run & walk
