The Hoo-Ha! is the #3 Event in this this series presented by Specialized, featuring Kenda Tires.

More than just a pure Cross Country Series, the All Mountain Triple Crown will test a riders fitness and bike handling skills, to crown an All Around Mountain Pro rider in the US. This race is a non-USAC event for 2011.

Start Times

The XXC starts at 9:00 am Beg at 9:05 am and 11:00 am is the main event for the Ex/Pro, Sports, & Clydsdale.

HOO-HA! History

The Hoo-Ha! saga began way back in 1989; it's formidable stature has grown dramatically even to Virginia's biggest, baddest race. Once designated a NORBA now that NORBA has morphed into USAC-MTB, that's exactly the kind of USAC-MTB Classic the Hoo-Ha! remains. Most importantly, it clearly defines Virginia Class.

Course

Will be 20 something, XXC - approximately 38 miles. Note that the cross country course is NOT at the ski lodge, but on the mountain's western slope (the ski slope is eastern) near the quaint metropolis of Keezletown.

Camping . Accommodations

Please note that primitive camping is available for FREE on the night of June 19, 2010 for the HOO-HA! Event.

Don't forget, Massanutten is a 4-season resort! Take a look around, you might want to stay! Lodging info: (540) 289-4952. Camping is available on the western slope, with many hotels available in Harrisonburg alongside highway 33.

Directions

The XC is near Keezletown on the Western Slope. Take Route 33 East five miles to stop light at Rt. 620. Take a left on Rt. 620 to Keezletown, 2.7 miles, then right on Happy Valley Road (Rt. 758). Go 1.4 miles, entrance is on right.
