This is our 2nd Annual 5K Run For FUNDS to benefit The Connecting Link, Inc. At this years event we have teamed up with two other non-profit agencies within Monongalia County and created the "All American Family Festival! Along with the 5K Run For FUNds we will be hosting the Annual SHACK Quack Duck Race at 3:00pm and In Touch and Concerned mega BINGO. Also featured will be the great Classic Burger Contest, Kid Activities, Games, live entertainment, and much more.
Entry Fees:
- Entry fee includes a T-shirt for the first 50 registered. Post race awards, prizes, and refreshments will take place at the finish of the race.
- Pre-Registration: $20 (Before Aug 5 2013)
- After August 5, 2013 and Race Day Registration is $25.00
- Kids Fun Run Registration is $10.00
Kids Fun Run:
- Kids 12 & under are invited to participate
- Trophies for 1st place boy & girl
- Goody Bags for all Pre-registered participants

- Trophies will be awarded to Overall Male & Female Runners for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places
- Top three male & female runners in each age group:
- 12 & under, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+ (subject to change)
The days events are a collaborative effort of The Shack Neighborhood House, In Touch and Concertned, and The Connecting Link, Inc. All proceeds benefit low to moderate individuals and families within Monongalia County, WV.
