It's A Hospice Thing 5K Memorial Walk/Run
2015 Registration
- Register Online, Download Registration and Pledge Form at:
- Check-In/Registration is 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM at Holcomb Building.
- Race Start is 8:00am walk and 8:10am Run.
- Entry fee is $20 if received by May 25, 2015. $25 May 9- 29. $35 onsite registration.
- Free t-shirt for those who register by May 22nd. All others available on first come/first serve basis while supplies last.
- All participants must wear bibs in order to have time recorded.
- Official times/results will only be kept for participants in the 5K run. Race results will be posted shortly after race and at www.hospiceofsouthernwv.org and on www.iplayoutside.com.
- All participants will have 1.5 hours to complete the course.
- Event will take place rain/shine and all registration fees are non-refundable/non-transferrable.

Awards:
The top overall male and female finisher will receive $100 cash, and awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group for the 5K run. The overall winners will not be eligible for awards in their age groups. Participants must be present at ceremony to receive awards.
Age Groups:
14 & Under, 15 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 +
Memorial Opportunities:
A Celebrating Memories Wreath in which matching ribbons will be worn and placed on wreath will be available at the event for a donation of $10.
