Numerous experienced volunteers make this a fun annual event for both individuals and relay teams. This year's event returns to the standard format: a 200 yard swim in the Uniontown High School pool, a 10.3 mile bike ride to Hopwood and back, and a 4.25 mile run through the city of Uniontown, finishing on the Uniontown High School track.

All participants receive a long sleeve t-shirt and invitation to a free spaghetti dinner the night before the event.

All proceeds benefit the Uniontown Salvation Army.

The individual participant registration fee is $30 ($35 after 6/11/04) and the relay team participant fee is $48 ($60 after 6/11/04).
