October is a time of crisp days and spectacular colors in the deciduous forests of Southern West Virginia. What better reason to come out to ACE Adventure Center for the New River Gorge-ous Trail Run & Walk? Stay the whole weekend!

You have the option of a 15 or 7-mile run and new for this year, a 5-mile walk. You'll find yourself deep in hardwood forests surrounded by hues of orange, yellow and red. Catch your breath, if you can, as you enjoy vistas of the New River Gorge and historic Town of Thurmond 1,000 feet below. Before you know it, you will have crossed the finish line, tasting success as you complete one of the most scenic trail runs in the state.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28: Race course open for practice (all day), then 5pm to 8pm there's On-Site Race Registation & Packet Pickup.

Race Day - SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29:

• 8:00am to 10:00am - On-site registration and packet pick up
• 10:30am - PreRace Meeting
• 11:00am - Race Start
• 12:00pm to 2:00pm - On-site FREE Burrito Lunch to Racers, Please note:
  It's $5 per person for family & friends.
• 2:00pm - Awards Ceremony (approximate time)
