4th Annual Putnam County Bridge to Ridge Bicycle Tour (iPO Event Id#: 10729)

About This Ride: The Putnam County Bridge to Ridge Bicycle Tour has three rides to offer! A 36-mile ride that has several challenging climbs, a 62-mile ride that has a total of 4000 ft of climbing, and a 100-mile ride that offers a total of 8000 feet of climbing.

All rides follow the Kanawha river to Poca and then turn to the ridges of Putnam and Mason Counties. The courses are challenging offering climbs, and are on secondary roads.

Times: Rides take place on Saturday, May 17th.

• 8:00 am start - 62 and 100 mile rides
• 9:00 am start - 36 mile ride

• $30 after May 3 and on the day of the ride

Location: All rides start at the Putnam County Courthouse on Route 35 in Winfield, West Virginia (Just 30 miles west of Charleston, WV)

Support: Maps, a marked course, three rest stops, and sag support will be provided.

Driving Directions: (From I-64 to Winfield Courthouse)

From Charleston: Take I-64 west to Exit 39. Make a right onto Route 34 North. Turn Right at the stop light Route 35 North. Go approx. 1 miles and the courthouse will be on the right.

From Huntington: Take I-64 East to Exit 39. Make a left onto Route 34 North. Make a right onto Route 35 North. Go approx. 1 mile and the courthouse will be on the right.
