• 1) First and most important, get your event Featured on the front page of iPlayOutside.com where we see over 30,000 repeat visitors per month. E-mail us or call us at (304) 290-2267.

• 2) You get your own iPlay style to host all the important information about your event. Example: http://www.iplayoutside.com/iplay/Events/?eid=2007/05/7841.html

• 3) Purchase high-res photo coverage of your event. (* Due high number of request dates are limited for 2008, act fast if you need photography!) Gallery Example: http://iplayoutside.smugmug.com/gallery/2837949 OR Upload your own photos to our site for people to view!

• 4) Recap/story about your event. (This is to be written by race director, unless you purchase iPlay photo/reporter coverage, then it's written by the photographer) Example: http://www.iplayoutside.com/iplay/Events/?eid=2007/05/7841c.html

• 5)Results listing and archiving for years to come Example: http://www.iplayoutside.com/iplay/Events/?eid=2007/05/7841r.html

• ** Post-Race: Results - Send us your *results and we'll post them on your iPlayOutside race website (not posted on homepage).

Featured Event - Package Details:

• ** Pre-Race: Event advertising on iPlayOutside's homepage in the highlighted "Featured Event Section" (top right of the page), top page listing in the highlighted "Featured Event Section" on the iPlayOutside Schedule(s). Plus your own Race Website (iPlayOutside format) with event details page and printable entry form, and posting on iPlayOutside's schedule(s). Also includes event title and type, date, contact, location, and a link to your own website if you have one.

• ** Post-Race: Results, Photos, and a Race Recap that YOU provide. Send us your results, up to 200 race *photos, a recap of the event and we'll post it on your iPlayOutside Race Website and link to your race coverage in our "Results-Recaps" column on the homepage. Your event coverage, results, and website will be archived in our database. (We do not guarantee the archival of all event photos, though we do archive these as long as possible.)

• Acceptable Formats: [Results] - Word, Excel, and Text. No faxes will be accepted since we do not type results. [Photos] - Photo files must be edited, and 72 dpi jpg files no larger than 9X6 inches.
