What you get . . . *Save $$ with this package!

• Pre-Event Advertising - You get your own iPlay style page(s) to host all the important information about your event. A link to your event will be highlighted and posted on the iPlayOutside homepage 1 month or more before your event date. Event will also appear on the iPlayOutside schedule(s).

• Results Posting - This package includes post-event results posting. You are responsible for sending us your results in the correct format (excel, word doc., text file). We do not type results.

• *Photo/Recap Option - Get a volunteer or do it yourself! You have the option to send us your event photos (mailing a CD is best) and a recap that you supply. Your photos will be posted to sell if they are of high-enough quality. iPlayOutside keeps a percentage of the sales from the photos that you send (if they sell).

Photographer for your Featured Event

Once you order a Featured Event with iPlayOutside, if you need assistance finding a photographer for your event we may be able to help. We contract out photographers that we know to event directors if we know of one available. Prices vary. If you get a photographer through us, your event photos will be on our photo page(s).

What you get . . .

• Photos - An iPlayOutside Photographer/Reporter will come to your event and take high-res photos of the participants. (* Due high number of request dates are limited for 2009, act fast if you need photography! Request by E-mail.)

• Pre-Event Advertising - You get your own iPlay style page(s) to host all the important information about your event. A link to your event will be highlighted and posted on the iPlayOutside homepage 1 month or more before your event date. Event will also appear on the iPlayOutside schedule(s).
  

• Recap - A story will be written and posted about your event by our reporter.
  Example: ACE New River Gorge-ous Trail Run Recap

• Results - Results listing and archived for years to come.
  Example: Run to Read Half-Marathon Results

• Gas - Please note that due to the increasing prices in gas you may be required to pay an additional fee if your event is an extremely long drive. Please supply us with all of your event details before your event so we can accommodate you. There are NO surprise fees after coverage.

Banner/Button Ads // More advertising is available. 1-2 hours of design service is included in the ad price. Please e-mail your request to e-mail your request.
