The Hoo-Ha! saga began way back in 1989; it's formidable stature has grown dramatically even to Virginia’s biggest, baddest race. Once designated a NORBA now that NORBA has morphed into USAC-MTB, that's exactly the kind of USAC-MTB Classic the Hoo-Ha! remains. Most importantly, it clearly defines Virginia Class™.

Course length: 20 something. XXC - approximately 38 miles. Please note that the cross country course is NOT at the ski lodge, but on the mountain's western slope (the ski slope is eastern) near the quaint metropolis of Keezletown.

Start Times: XXC 9:00 AM, Kids Race 10AM, XC 11:00 AM

Directions:

From I-81, Harrisonburg, take 33 five miles east to stop light at 620. Take a left on 620 to Keezletown.2.7 miles, then right on Rt. 758. Go 1.4 miles to farmhouse, entrance is on right.
From Richmond, take I-64W to Rt. 15N (exit 136) to Gordonsville, left on 33W past Elkton and Massanutten entrance (rt. 644) to light at 620. Take right to Keezletown and follow instructions above.
From Raleigh/Durham, take Rt. 29N to Rt. 6 (Afton) to Rt. 250W to Waynesboro and Rt. 340N to Rt. 649, Island Ford Rd. Turn left, 2 miles to Rt. 33E, turn left to light at 620. Turn right to Keezletown and follow route described above.
