Greetings from the Appalachian Road Race Series (APRRS) Crew!
We would truly appreciate your sponsorship or prize donation to our 2010 races! In 2009 it was a record year with HUGE race turnouts in the hundreds. With are races being located in Northern West Virginia we were able to draw participants from large cities like Pittsburgh, Washington D.C., Baltimore and many others. The races this year be held in six different locations throughout West Virginia and Maryland (Morgantown, Thomas, Kingwood, New Martinsville, Philippi and Oakland Maryland. The APRRS is a grass-roots volunteer-based series, and we are looking to local and national companies to help fund our racer's prize table & cash purses.
There are 6 Classes that we are hoping to award cash and prizes to:

Sponsorship packages:
- Title Sponsor- $2000.00 Cash Donation or $3000.00 Retail Product Donation.
- Events would become know as "Your Companies Name" Appalachian Road Race Series. Example..The your logo here West Virginia Road Series, or The Appalachian Road Race Series Sponsored by your logo here. Every event advertisement, T-shirt, web listing and fliers would have your company's name appear in it.

- Public Address announcements of your sponsorship.

-Platinum Donor- $1000.00 Cash Donation or $2000.00 Retail Product Donation

- Public Address announcements of your sponsorship.

-Gold Donor- $500.00 Cash Donation or $1000.00 Retail Product Donation.

- One large 10 foot tear drop banners at finish line.
-Silver Donor- $250.00 Cash Donation or $500.00 Retail Product Donation
- Your company logo will be listed on one of the popular outdoor website: iPlayOutside.com
- Name and/ or Logo listed on event T-shirts, event website, race flyers, radio advertising.
- Public Address announcements of your sponsorship.
-Bonze Donor- $150.00 Cash Donation or $250.00 Retail Product Donation.
- Name and/ or Logo listed on event T-shirts, event website, race flyers, radio advertising.
- Public Address announcements of your sponsorship.
-Local Donor- $100.00 Cash Donation or $200.00 Retail Product Donation.
- Public Address announcements of your sponsorship.
Each racer receives a swag bag with sponsor literature and swag donations, plus a race T-shirt and post-race meal - so donations of swag, sample packs, raffle items, or just plain general support cash donations are also greatly appreciated!
