* Take Exit 110 off I-79 (Lost Creek exit) and follow signs to West Milford.
* LEFT on Duck Creek Road to Watters Smith State Park (about 7 miles).
* If traveling US 19 turn at West Milford, follow signs 3 miles to the park.

USA Cycling Permit # 2010-3057
USAC Annual License is required for all riders except Men's Cat-4 and Woman's Cat-4. Annual License can be purchased on the day of the race. One-day Licenses can be purchased at the event for $10

No refunds starting two weeks before event date. Sag support will be provided. All USCA rules apply. Riders must wear helmets at all times. Mountain bikes permitted with handlebar ends removed per USAC rules. Riders under 18 need a signed parental consent form. Results will be sent to USACycling.org.
RULES
* Mass start by class. Lapped riders will yield to riders on the lead lap. All riders must wear helmets.
* After the time has elapsed and the lead rider crosses the finish line the bell will sound. All riders will complete one more lap after the bell has sounded.
* There are many hazards both natural and man made. The race organizers will make every effort to make the course as safe as possible, however all racers are expected to be conscientious of both the hazards and other riders on course.
* Short-cutting the course will result in disqualification.
* There will be a pit area where parts/bikes may be exchanged.
* Riders will dismount when they enter the pit area and will not remount until they have left the pit area.
* If a rider disturbs an obstacle they are responsible for resetting the obstacle. Failure to do so may result in penalization or disqualification at the race official's discretion.
* Be courteous and respectful of others. Un-sportsmanlike behavior may result in penalization or disqualification.
* Use of mountain bikes is promitted but bar ends must be removed.
* If a rider for any reason needs to to enter the pit they MUST follow around the complete course till they come to the pit entrance. No short cutting the course to get to pit area and NO back tracking to do so.
