The Grand Tour de Moccaccino Allegheny Highlands Trail ride and poker run
The Allegheny Highlands Trail celebrates the return of The GREAT Tour de MOCCACCINO V which starts, from both the Highland Park trailhead in Elkins and the Parsons Depot and ends at the Montrose trailhead.
Elkins to Montrose = 10 Miles - Parsons to Montrose = 11 Miles
Entrants will be dealt 3 playing cards at either the Elkins or Parsons trailhead and two more at the Montrose trailhead where the ride ends. The two riders with the best five-card poker hands (one from each direction) will win $50, and all participants will receive a free bottle of Frappuccino or water plus a healthful energy bar from Good Energy Foods in Elkins.
- 10:00am Start time!
- Entry is FREE to current Highlands Trail Foundation members and families.
- $15 for non-members, $20 for non-member families.
- Non-members can join HTF for $15, $20 for families, instead of paying the entry fee and receive membership status good until December 31, 2015.
- Children under the age of 18 are welcome to join the tour but must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR BIKE HELMETS!
