Race Start Time: 5K Run/Walk start at 9:00 AM
Other Events: 1 Mile Fun Walk starts at 10:00 AM
There will
also be a Komen Kids 50 yard dash and many more family events
throughout the morning at the Capitol grounds.

Entrants: More than one thousand runners and walkers are expected and the race is certified by the USA Track & Field
Beneficiary: Proceeds from the Race will fund area Breast cancer education, screening and treatment projects for the medically underserved, and 25% will help fund the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation's Grant Program.
