Cheat Mountain Ultra - WVMBA Ultra #4
The Cheat Mountain Ultra returns for its 5th edition! The race was founded in 2006 by WVMBA Trail Coordinator, and infamous mountain man, Greg Moore. It features a long forest road climb, and lots of singletrack in the remote Cheat Mountain wilderness.
Race starts and finishes at 4-H Camp Pioneer near Beverly, WV.

- 28 miles of singletrack and forest road climbs
- Yoakum Ridge Loop (6 miles)
- Crouch Ridge Loop (8 miles)
- Whitmeadow Ridge Loop (14 miles)
- 3 mile gravel road to finish.
Free tent camping is available at the 4-H camp. RV hook-up is also available (fee to 4-H camp).
Water and food will available on the course at 2 checkpoints.
Awards ceremony and meal to follow race at Camp Pioneer.
