The Kisingo 5K is a second annual event being organized to raise funds to assist in the construction of Kisingo Girls Center in Kenya, East Africa.

Pastor Leonard Wambua of Nairobi, Kenya, has a dream to build a Center where impoverished, hurting & at-risk young girls can go to find shelter, nourishment, education & spiritual enlightenment. Proceeds from last years event went towards roofing Kisingo Girls Center and I am happy to report that the entire center is now roofed! This years proceeds will be used to purchase windows and items to complete interior construction and finishes.
Details:
- $20 before 10/26/2013 . . . $25 after 10/26/2013
- Race day Registration 7:30-8:30 am.
- The race starts at 9:00 am.
