Christian Help 10k for 10K / 5k Walk / Run
The second annual 10k For 10k to benefit Christian Help's Career Colosets will be taking place August 8th at Hazel Ruby McQuain Park. This year we are adding in a fun-run/walk 5k!
2015 Registration

- 10k = $38 Entry Fee + $3.08 on-line fee
- 5k = $15 Entry Fee = $1.82 on-line fee Kids 5 and under can particpate for free!
- Race Day registration will begin at 7:30am
- Race starts at 9:00am
- T-shirts will be guaranteed to pre-registrants and will be available while supplies
last on race day.
- Post-run refreshments will be provided.
- 10k For 10k's goal is to raise $10,000 for the Christian Help Career Closets. Christian Help provides job training through Jobs for Life, work-appropriate clothing, as well as resume-building and job search assistance. The race entry fee will be used directly for the Career Closets at CH.
Course:
The 10k will be timed and the course will follow the Caperton Trail from the amphitheater 3.1 out and back. Water stations will be available along the course, as well.
The 5k fun run/walk will not be timed and the course will follow the Mon river South trail to the Water Front 1.5 miles out and back. Water stations will also be available.
